Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist - Remote Utilization Review - Contract

Overview

This position offers a flexible opportunity for Board-Certified Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists to conduct remote utilization reviews, requiring only 1-2 hours of work per week.

• Flexible Independent Contractor (1099) position.
• Requires a current unrestricted medical license from Minnesota, Maryland, New Mexico, Texas, or Virginia.
• Work remotely from anywhere in the US.
• Review prior authorizations for treatment based on medical guidelines.
• Flexibility to work as little as 1-2 hours per week.
• Most review cases take 30-60 minutes to complete.
• Covered under MRIoA’s Errors and Omissions policy.
• Must be Board Certified in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry.
• 5 years of patient care experience required.
• Must be a US Citizen or hold a Green Card.

Requirements

• Must be an MD or DO.
• Board Certification in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry is mandatory.
• 5 years of relevant patient care experience.
• Unrestricted medical license from specified states.
• US Citizenship or Green Card required.
