Overview

The Real Estate Coordinator at McDonald’s is responsible for coordinating and monitoring commercial real estate development projects, ensuring efficient processes and compliance.

In Short

  • Order and review title and environmental reports.
  • Develop systems to streamline work processes.
  • Facilitate Development meetings.
  • Monitor project schedules and processes.
  • Review and track invoices on real estate projects.
  • Establish and maintain organized project files.
  • Produce correspondence and reports using appropriate tools.
  • Maintain Development Team reports.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in commercial real estate.
  • Experience with title, survey, and site plan reviews.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to read and interpret contracts and leases.
  • Flexible and adaptive in a dynamic environment.
  • Team player with a collaborative attitude.
  • Periodic travel required.
  • Experience as a commercial real estate paralegal preferred.
  • Undergraduate degree preferred.
