Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related field.
• Strong interest in wealth management and investing.
• Excellent communication skills to simplify financial topics.
• Proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Eagerness to learn and attention to detail.
• Passion for empowering women in wealth management.
• Fluent in English and German (C1).
• Legally eligible to live and work in Switzerland.
• First positions available in March 2026.
