• Remote role with applicants welcomed from outside the US

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in U.S. immigration as a paralegal, ideally with intake exposure.
• Familiarity with employment-based and business immigration case types, especially extraordinary ability style cases (EB-1A / O-1 / NIW).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong judgment and triage ability.
• Meticulous organization and reliability.
• Ability to manage multiple prospective client threads.
• Comfort with intake systems, CRMs, and case management tools.
• A proactive mindset.
