Overview

The Caspian Europe Forum e.V. is an association registered in Germany that promotes networking and business development between Europe, the South Caucasus, and Central Asia.

The aim is to bring together economic, political, and social actors from these regions, promote cooperation, and build bridges between markets and people.

We are looking for a dedicated person to support our office as a Referent / Referentin of the Executive Board (Voluntary).

In Short

  • Support the executive management with administrative and organizational tasks
  • Assist in planning and executing events and conferences
  • Help expand and maintain international networks
  • Communicate with partner organizations, institutions, and companies
  • Prepare and create presentations, texts, and correspondence in German and English
  • Approximately 20 hours per month required for the position

Requirements

  • Very good knowledge of German and English (Russian is an advantage)
  • Interest in international economic relations and intercultural exchange
  • Organizational talent, strong communication skills, and team spirit
  • Independent, reliable, and structured working style
  • Proficient in common office tools (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.)
