In Short

• Entering new customer information, order details, and inventory updates into our database
• Reviewing and verifying all information for accuracy and completeness
• Identifying and resolving any discrepancies or errors in data
• Maintaining and updating existing customer and product records in the database
• Ensuring data confidentiality and security in accordance with company policies
• Collaborating with various departments to gather and organize information for input
• Assisting in the development and improvement of data input processes and systems
• Communicating with team members and managers on any issues or updates related to information input
• Completing other clerical tasks as assigned by the manager or team leader

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, additional education or training in data entry or office administration is a plus
• 2-3 years of experience in data entry, preferably in the cosmetics or retail industry
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and Word
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience working remotely and using online databases is preferred
