In Short

• Contact pre-qualified warm leads by phone and prepare them for the next stage in the sales process.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments for our clients.
• Assist management in finding and reaching out to potential new business partners and clients.
• Maintain contacts in the CRM system and help optimize sales processes.
• Contribute your own ideas for new leads, partners, or processes.

Requirements

• Good sense for people and ability to build trust.
• Communicative and interested in a variety of topics.
• Initial experience in customer contact, sales, or support is advantageous, but not required.
• Basic understanding of social media, online advertising, or marketing (the rest will be provided by us!).
• Structured, self-reliant work ethic and a desire to continuously learn.
• Comfortable in a young, ambitious team with high goals.
• Proficient in Office programs: Word, Excel, Mail, etc.
