• Design, develop, code, test, and debug multiplayer systems.

• Experience with low-level networking and performance bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Strong skills in Unity.
• Experience with Photon or other multiplayer libraries.
• Clear understanding of replication models and multiplayer performance.
• Experience with low-level networking: compression, marshalling, and package optimization.
• Familiarity with performance bottlenecks and multi-threading.
• Very strong debugging skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong reporting and documentation skills.
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to new technological changes.
