In Short

• Provide short-term, evidence-based treatment via live video.
• Assign digital lessons, videos, and assessments to clients.
• Deliver culturally responsive care to diverse clients.
• Participate in clinical consultation meetings and peer reviews.
• Work in a feedback-rich environment with continuous growth opportunities.
• Must have a Master’s degree from a clinical track.
• Hold an unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, or PhD license.
• Experience in providing video therapy and maintaining a full caseload.
• Ability to work full-time, approximately 40 hours per week.
• Full-time resident of the United States.

Requirements

• Master’s degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC).
• Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license.
• Experience with evidence-based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT).
• Experience providing video therapy.
• Ability to maintain a full clinical caseload.
• Full-time resident of the United States.
