We are looking for an energetic, driven, and detail-oriented Remote Travel Coordinator to support our travel team in crafting itineraries and managing client relationships.

In Short

Build itineraries for clients
Craft emails and communicate with clients
Perform hotel rate checks
Arrange concierge services
Correspond with suppliers for travel arrangements
Maintain client travel documents and invoices
Complete travel arrangements at the lowest possible fares
Participate as a team member in servicing travel needs
Research destination and activity recommendations
Work in a self-driven, remote environment

Requirements

Degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or Business is a plus
Related travel experience is essential
A passion for travel
Highly organized with attention to detail
Ability to set goals and develop timelines
Ability to speak multiple languages is highly regarded
A dedicated home work environment
Access to a computer, cell phone, and high-speed internet
Minimal distractions in the work environment
