eCommerce Case Specialist - Global Team - Remote

Overview

Luminize is looking for a detail-oriented Case Specialist to advocate for our clients on the Amazon platform. You'll troubleshoot listing issues, resolve seller support cases, and ensure smooth, compliant operations that help brands thrive.

In Short

• Manage and resolve Amazon Seller Support cases
• Monitor account health and listing accuracy
• Communicate directly with Amazon and internal teams to resolve issues
• Keep clients informed with clear, timely updates
• Stay current on Amazon policy changes
• Ensure compliance and performance standards are met

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in customer support (eCommerce a plus)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central
• Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
• Candidates must reside outside the US, have valid work authorization for the country they are located/not require sponsorship now or in the future, and an ideal working schedule will be 5am - 2pm PST (with flexibility depending on location)
