Merchandise Designer - Remote

Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating innovative merchandise designs that align with our brand identity. You will work closely with the creative, marketing, and product teams to develop eye-catching apparel, accessories, and promotional items that resonate with our audience. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of design, trend awareness, and experience bringing merchandise concepts to life.

• Design and develop compelling merchandise, including apparel, accessories, and promotional items, in alignment with brand guidelines.
• Research market trends, competitor products, and emerging styles to create fresh, on-brand designs.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure consistency in branding across all merchandise.
• Produce high-quality mockups, digital renderings, and technical drawings for production.
• Work with vendors and manufacturers to ensure design specifications are met, including materials, colors, and print techniques.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
• Provide creative input for seasonal collections, limited-edition drops, and new product categories.
• Review samples and production proofs, ensuring the final products match design intent.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, Industrial Design, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in merchandise design, product development, or a similar role.
• Experience designing e-commerce brands, retail, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
