Overview

As a Senior Consultant in Energy & Utilities, you will engage in process engineering, change management, and business readiness initiatives to drive organizational success.

• Conduct in-depth process analysis and assessments.
• Develop and document detailed process maps and workflows.
• Design and implement process optimization strategies.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of change management and process engineering experience.
• Proven track record of leading complex projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile, Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience with change management frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
