The Influencer Coordinator, Paid & UGC is a proactive and highly organized team member with a passion for influencer marketing, creator partnerships, and the evolving digital landscape. In this role, you’ll support day-to-day execution of both paid and earned influencer programs globally, manage UGC sourcing, oversee product seeding and talent workflows, develop content briefs, and partner closely with cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to life. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a deep interest in beauty and lifestyle creators, and are excited to help scale a best-in-class creator ecosystem.

  • Assist in influencer discovery and outreach.
  • Manage communication with influencers and agencies.
  • Support paid influencer campaigns and track deliverables.
  • Coordinate UGC creator sourcing and onboarding.
  • Create content briefs for campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for campaign execution.
  • Track and analyze influencer campaign KPIs.
  • Build relationships with creators and support community development.
  • Provide feedback on UGC and creator content.
  • Monitor trends and recommend partnership opportunities.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing.
  • Beauty or lifestyle experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of social platforms and creator culture.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
