Requirements

• Degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in consulting or production-based companies.
• Strong knowledge in order processing and value creation in manufacturing.
• Consulting experience in production environments based on Lean Management principles.
• Experience in implementing digital applications.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 and enthusiasm for new digital tools.
• Strong communication skills and structured working style.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
