Overview

We are a motivated, emerging start-up dedicated to promoting mental health and preventing burnout. We offer courses on stress reduction and resilience training as part of educational leave, combining them with outdoor activities to enhance the effects of positive psychology through an active lifestyle.

In Short

• Support the development of concepts for stress management and communication training
• Research the best psychological approaches for optimizing work climate and team communication
• Conduct communication training (paid)
• Evaluate and analyze feedback from training for continuous improvement
• Assist in the conception and implementation of priming techniques to positively influence customer behavior
• Create materials for the application of priming techniques
• Conduct research and studies on current topics like employee satisfaction and stress management
• Create reports and presentations on findings for program development

Requirements

• Enjoy written and verbal communication
• Interest in creating psychological content via video, image, and text
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs and reliable document handling
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style
• Team player with a passion for interacting with people and good communication skills
• Quality awareness in the company's external representation and attention to detail
• Social media affinity (Instagram / TikTok)
