In Short

• Complete remote notarizations for U.S. users
• Verify authenticity of important documents
• Explain notarization procedures to clients
• Review and verify signer’s identity
• Ensure signer’s understanding of documents
• Administer notarial acts and maintain records
• Provide feedback to improve the platform
• Work remotely as an independent contractor
• Compensation ranges from $5–8.00 per act
• Must have required certifications and insurance

Requirements

• More than 6 months experience as a Remote Online Notary Public
• Valid Electronic Notary Public certification in Virginia
• Commissioned Notary Public in Virginia
• Strong attention to detail
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Technically savvy with internal tools
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Well-developed interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to resolve standard document issues independently
• Must have minimum $25,000 error and omission insurance coverage
• Must have a working desktop/laptop, webcam, microphone, and high-speed internet
