Overview

The Animal Protection Association of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern is looking for a dedicated individual to support the office with a workload of 20 hours per week. The position aims to professionalize the association and assist our affiliated clubs in various areas such as financing strategies.

In Short

  • Support member clubs, particularly regarding cost-covering reimbursement contracts.
  • Assist with general association work and administrative tasks.
  • Communicate with member clubs, partners, and funding institutions.
  • Contribute to the preparation of reports and documentation.
  • Collaborate with regional support from the Federal Association of German Animal Protection.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or degree in administration, social sciences, business administration, animal conservation, non-profit management, or a comparable qualification.
  • Solid knowledge of association work or the non-profit sector is desirable.
  • Independent, structured working style as well as teamwork and agile working.
  • Confident handling of common office software.
  • Strong communication skills and affinity for animal protection.
