Overview

The Online Mathematics Tutor will deliver live, one-on-one tutoring sessions to support students in FAA technical training courses, adapting their teaching style to meet individual learner needs.

In Short

Deliver live online tutoring sessions (up to 60 minutes each)
Support students in FAA technical training courses
Assist with problem-solving and concept comprehension
Conduct tutoring via a web-based platform
Document session outcomes and provide feedback
Maintain recordings of tutoring sessions for review
Participate in performance tracking and reporting
Up to 800 tutoring sessions per year
Support up to 20 concurrent users at peak demand
Multi-year contract (2026–2031)

Requirements

Strong background in mathematics or technical disciplines
Ability to teach complex concepts clearly online
Experience with online tutoring or instruction
Proficiency with digital collaboration tools
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
