Overview

We are currently hiring an Expeditor in our Program Management Services Division at our client's office in Rochester, NY.

In Short

• Supporting the Project Manager, Construction Manager and Commission Manager with sourcing materials.
• Issuing purchase orders and tracking materials.
• Managing materials and equipment manufacturing process.
• Ensuring delivery to storage areas and project sites.
• Verification of bill of materials and supplier identification.
• Conducting commodity lead time analysis and order acknowledgments.
• Expediting delivery and managing materials.
• Communicating with project team regarding material schedules.
• Quality control and vendor damage claim management.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in project management or supply chain.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Experience with materials management.
