KRUK España is looking for debt recovery lawyers to join our growing Legal Recovery Department. If you are a lawyer with experience in debt recovery processes and are seeking a stable project for professional development, keep reading!

In Short

• Mass judicial management of files.
• Submission of writings and attention to judicial requirements.
• Monitoring and control of judicialized files.
• Control of the admission of demands.
• Monitoring and promotion of procedures.
• Drafting of writings during the life of the procedure in response to court requirements or allegations, when necessary.

Requirements

• Completed law studies + completed Access to the Bar Master's degree.
• At least 1 year of experience in debt recovery management.
• Easy adaptation to all types of tasks, teamwork, and comfort in working at a high volume and pace.
• Mastery of procedural control, including deadlines, notifications, and judicial actions.
• Advanced experience and knowledge in monitoring, executive, declarative, and ordinary procedures.
• Good handling of Excel.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
