In Short

• Efficient work in local and virtual support teams to assist end-users and employees with remote applications and clinical workflows, primarily for medical applications like CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, and Mammography.
• Main point of contact for clinical administrators and medical technicians to optimize reading and clinical workflows.
• Providing on-site support for end-users.
• Communicating and sharing information about issues with the central support center and relaying solutions to customers.
• Integrating customer feedback into the product lifecycle management process.

Requirements

• Current practical experience and knowledge in multiple imaging modalities, especially in performing radiological imaging like advanced MR (e.g., cardiovascular, breast imaging, or spectroscopy) and CT imaging. Comprehensive knowledge of clinical workflows and IT infrastructure.
• Successful completion of vocational training.
• German language skills (at least B2).
• Experience in CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, or Mammography.
