IAM Engineer - Remote

Overview

As an IAM Engineer at Kraken, you will join our Identity and Access Management team to secure the foundation of our digital infrastructure, leveraging tools like Okta and ConductorOne to create a seamless and secure access ecosystem.

In Short

• Own and improve IAM tooling across the enterprise.
• Drive adoption of scalable access controls including RBAC and ABAC.
• Partner with compliance teams to ensure access aligns with regulatory frameworks.
• Collaborate on cross-functional security projects.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote IAM best practices.
• Manage IAM infrastructure using Terraform.
• Implement SSO, MFA, and policy control best practices.
• Write scripts for operational tasks and API data manipulation.
• Adapt to fast-paced environments and shifting priorities.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience with Terraform for IAM infrastructure.
• 2+ years managing an Okta tenant with 1,000+ users.
• 2+ years experience with IGA platforms like SailPoint.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
