Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Remote

Overview

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will conduct assessments and provide in-school and in-home ABA services in a hybrid work environment.

In Short

• Conduct initial assessments for clients.
• Provide in-school and in-home ABA services.
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Develop and modify Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Analyze data and update behavior plans and documentation.
• Attend clinical and student meetings.
• Draft progress reports for clients.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Maintain certification requirements and CEUs.
• Work collaboratively with families and interdisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• BCBA or BCBA-D certification required.
• Medicaid ID and NPI number required or willingness to obtain.
• Good standing with the BACB.
• Pass all required background checks.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to perform physical demands of the role.
