Requirements

• Experience with Onesite Property management software.
• Knowledge of HUD and LIHTC regulations.
• Current Compliance certification preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently.
