In Short

• Part-time remote position.
• Provide customer service for Medicare benefits.
• Make outbound and inbound calls.

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Active Group 1- Life and Health Insurance License.
• AHIP certification required.
• 3+ years of experience in customer service or Medicare sales.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft products.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
• Must clear a state background check.
• Maintain continuing education for active license status.
