Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to support companies of Blue Venture Holdings with full-time accounting, tax/regulatory and financial support.

In Short

• Part-time Senior Accountant position with 20 hours per week
• Utilize QuickBooks Online for maintaining financial records
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare financial reports and assist with payroll
• Track and prepare documentation for tax filings
• Coordinate with CPA for compliance
• Generate financial reports and support budgeting
• Remote position with Eastern Time Zone hours
• Strong attention to detail and proactive communication required
• Long-term position with reliable candidates preferred

Requirements

• 3-5 Years Accounting Experience
• Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO)
• Tax preparation knowledge
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Understanding of payment processors
• Familiarity with Google Workspace
