The Public Policy & Legislative Affairs Senior Manager will lead initiatives to develop and implement public policy strategies that align with Kaizen Gaming's business objectives in Brazil, engaging with lawmakers and stakeholders to advocate for the company's interests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Political Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in government relations or public policy.
• Strong judgment and persuasive skills.
• Understanding of legislative processes in Brazil.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage complex issues and analyze policy trends.
• Experience in a multinational environment.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
• Strong project management skills.
