In Short

• 100% remote position with provided work equipment.
• Respond to inbound calls from prospective customers.
• Educate customers on insurance policy details.
• Prepare and bind quotes through our carriers.
• Problem solve and handle objections to facilitate sales.
• Work weekends and evenings.
• Ongoing training and mentorship provided.
• Compensation includes hourly wage and uncapped commissions.

Requirements

• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Passion for helping others.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Willingness to obtain a P&C license.
