Rig Welder - Remote

Overview

The Rig Welder will join metal parts and ensure that all welding tasks are executed according to specifications, utilizing various welding techniques and ensuring safety standards are met.

In Short

• Join metal parts using Stick, MiG, Tig, and Flux Core welding techniques.
• Read and understand weld symbols and mechanical drawings.
• Knowledge of OSHA guidelines and safe work practices.
• Measure and plan layouts for welding tasks.
• Determine appropriate welding equipment and methods.
• Inspect and maintain welding surfaces and structures.
• Rig, hoist/lift, and move materials safely.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License.
• Must have own reliable rig, including welding machine and tools.

• $40/hour plus $15/hour for truck and $100/day per diem.
