SAP HR Consultant (Remote)

Overview

We are looking for an SAP Consultant specialized in HCM (HR & SuccessFactors) to collaborate on a multi-client project in a full-remote setting.

In Short

• 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience as an SAP HR Consultant (Spanish Payroll).
• Experience in SuccessFactors is a plus.
• Medium level of English is valued.
• Design and management of evolutive processes.
• Parameter setting and documentation.
• Testing and associated documentation.
• Issue resolution (queries, support, and corrective actions).
• Full-time remote work within Spain.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in SAP HR.
• Proficient in Spanish Payroll and Compensation.
• Experience with SuccessFactors is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Good communication skills in English.
