Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Overview

A dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is sought to provide therapy and intake services in a Virtual Behavioral Health Clinic, working remotely from home.

In Short

• Position: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Active LCSW license in Pennsylvania and/or Wisconsin required
• Pay: $75,000-$85,000 base salary + generous bonus potential
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am – 5 pm EST/CST (40 hours per week)
• Location: 100% Remote (U.S. only)
• Experience in both therapy and intake services required
• Experience with group therapy strongly desired
• Conduct intakes, assessments, and develop treatment plans
• Document patient services in electronic health records

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an independently Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Active LCSW license in Pennsylvania and/or Wisconsin required
• Proven experience in both intake and therapy
• Experience with group therapy strongly preferred
• Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during EST/CST hours
• Experience treating patients across various age groups
• Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
