Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised individuals to work on the communication and documentation process with restaurant providers in Estonia. The role involves utilizing a predefined script to inform providers, documenting the outcomes, and ensuring compliance is followed.

In Short

• Receive and manage the list of providers
• Use the "Allergens" script to contact providers by phone
• Document the date and outcome of each call
• Follow up with providers who do not answer
• Accurately document all communication and outcomes
• Maintain organized records of interactions
• Fluent in Estonian with excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to follow scripts and processes accurately
• Proficiency with basic office software

Requirements

• Fluent in Estonian, with excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow scripts and processes accurately.
• Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets).
• Previous experience in customer service or similar roles is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Benefits

• Successful case (allergens added or received and case completed): $0.75 per case.
• Unsuccessful case (unable to complete the process): $0.25 per case.
