• Act as a personal, competent, and independent contact for our clients regarding professional questions or consulting processes.
• Build contact with warm leads showing clear consulting interest.
• Conduct open and friendly consultations to create added value for clients through independent advice.
• Coordinate appointments and prepare for consultation meetings.
• Determine individual insurance needs in collaboration with a qualified team on an independent level.
• Create financial mathematical investigations that transparently uncover and compare insurance costs.
• Systematically and sustainably develop and expand customer relationships.

Requirements

• Ability to explain complex financial products simply and understandably.
• Completed commercial training in the insurance industry, ideally with a broker. Alternatively, a 34d exam is highly relevant.
• Experience in the financial services industry, ideally as a consultant. Sales experience is necessary.
• Independent and goal-oriented working style.
• High sales, service, and customer orientation.
