Overview

Lush is looking for an experienced Project Manager - Product Lifecycle to manage complex product launches and work collaboratively with business stakeholders.

In Short

• Manage multiple product launches and special projects.
• Lead multi-disciplinary project teams.
• Ensure projects are planned and executed smoothly.
• Work closely with SMEs to estimate timelines.
• Manage project close-out checklists.
• Prepare lessons learned reports.
• Communicate with UK counterparts for product information.
• Document and communicate changing timelines and requirements.
• Deliver additional projects as required.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Track record of delivering projects on time and budget.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and best practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to coach and train project team members.
• Formal Project Management certification is a plus.
• Experience with enterprise technologies, such as Microsoft Dynamics AX.
• Post-secondary education in a relevant field preferred.
