• Planning, execution, and optimization of lead campaigns via Google Ads, Social & Native Ads.
• Ongoing analysis of funnel performance, CPL/CPA, and conversion rates.
• Creation, testing, and optimization of creatives and landing pages using AI-driven insights.
• Close collaboration with the creative and data teams.
• Market and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing focused on lead generation.
• Solid knowledge in Google Ads and Native Advertising.
• Experience with various AI tools for campaign optimization.
• Proficient in tracking, tag management, Google Analytics, A/B testing.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Creative sense for advertising materials and messaging.
• Team spirit, initiative, and proficient German skills.
