Marketing Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

Crown Dental has an exciting opportunity to participate as a Marketing Data Analyst. As a new hire for this position you will participate in meaningful work, along with making contributions to team efforts in our fast paced, people first corporate environment. This position will be a hybrid position working both remotely and on site at our corporate office located in Lakeland, FL.

In Short

• Develop solutions or strategies to increase productivity.
• Develop reports to track outcomes.

• Understanding of the Dental Service industry is a plus.
• Ability to understand the Large Account Service business.
• Ability to understand and map processes fully and suggest/adapt to improvements.
• Some knowledge of software as a service to continue improving our customer experience.
• Ability to report on data and trends to build partnerships with our customers.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
• Customer service oriented and ability to work with and resolve complex issues.
