As a Senior Product Owner at Innerspace you will be part of the product team to deliver top-of-mind Training & Assessment solutions for the pharmaceutical market. Ensuring our world-wide customers experience a reliable, scalable and data-driven Training & Assessment solutions.

In Short

• Define and deliver Training and Assessment solutions.
• Own and prioritize the Product Backlog.
• Foster a cross-disciplinary SCRUM team environment.
• Collaborate with training designers, UX experts, and developers.
• Continuously research and initiate product improvements.
• Ensure compliance documentation for customer validation.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner/Manager.
• Proactive approach and hands-on mentality.
• Experience launching products and features from scratch.
• Customer-centric with B2B product experience.
• Data-driven and systematic thinker.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• MVP and lean startup mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
