Remote Clinical Research Coordinator

Overview

UniTriTeam is seeking a Remote Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to support one of our clinical research site clients. This position is fully remote and does not involve in-person patient interaction, but will require coordination and facilitation of remote patient visits, as well as all behind-the-scenes clinical trial support.

In Short

• Coordinate day-to-day clinical trial operations in a remote capacity.
• Support and facilitate remote patient visits.
• Assist with patient recruitment and qualification.
• Maintain accurate data entry in EDC and CTMS systems.
• Manage regulatory document submissions and updates.
• Participate in remote monitoring visits and audits.
• Act as a liaison with sponsors and CROs.
• Support study startup and closeout tasks.
• Ensure subject documentation is complete and up to date.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in clinical research coordination.
• Strong understanding of GCP, ICH, and FDA regulations.
• Proficiency with CTMS platforms, especially CRIO or Clinical Conductor.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and remote communication tools.
