• Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the UK market.

Requirements

• Proven multi-year experience in sales management, preferably in financial services.
• Awareness of ESG and ethical financial products and the B2C sales model.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and social skills.
• Results-oriented approach with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant certifications in Islamic finance are a plus.
• Good command of German and English, both written and spoken, is essential for this position.
