In Short

• Design dental treatments from 3D scanned files, performing virtual setups.
• Update and complete cases assigned by the supervisor.
• Follow up on complaints.
• Reassign cases as needed.
• Assist special cases with translation.
• Perform daily and weekly reports on dental equipment monitoring, eligibility, and treatment plans.
• Understand the physician's prescription form, select appropriate clinical feedback, and communicate with the team.
• Organize the aligner office.
• Respond to dental inquiries and manage quick responses to patients.
• Follow up on cases, call patients to explain virtual setups, and respond to emails and messages.
• Train new employees as necessary.
• Use CRM to correct case statuses.
• Propose ideas to improve processes and promote customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• More than 2 years of experience as a CAD Designer, Dental Treatment Designer, or similar role.
• Understanding of clinical orthodontic concepts.
• Technological skills.
• Previous experience in the dental industry (ideally with invisible aligners).
• Proactive attitude.
• Teamwork and strong organizational skills.
