Overview

The Endpoint Management Engineer II is responsible for leading endpoint provisioning and deprovisioning support staff, managing hardware rollouts, and handling escalated helpdesk service tickets in a fast-paced environment.

• Lead endpoint provisioning and deprovisioning support staff.
• Manage hardware rollouts of workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and tablets.
• Handle escalated helpdesk service tickets and project tasks.
• Visit local customer sites to complete projects or resolve hardware problems.
• Build relationships with customers and identify improvement potentials.
• Communicate potential improvements to Sales.
• Follow and suggest changes to SOPs as needed.
• Background in desktop, servers, and network administration required.
• Experience with ticketing systems is required.
• Exceptional customer service skills are essential.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, Technical school, or related certifications.
• 1-4 years’ experience in desktop support and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS.
• Experience with firewall technologies and VOIP is a plus.
• Must have reliable transportation to/from client sites.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs of technical equipment.
