Product Regulatory Intern - Remote

Overview

As a Product Regulatory Intern, you will support regulatory and quality documentation processes by maintaining product information sheets, customer specifications, and vendor data for technical and non-food grade products.

In Short

• Publish and maintain product information sheets for manufactured products
• Review and maintain customer specification agreements
• Coordinate inbound testing for foreign food products
• Complete item setups for new projects
• Assist with formula edits and miscellaneous requests
• Maintain vendor specification sheets and example COAs
• Handle item inactivation and purges
• Maintain regulatory flags for various substances
• Perform special projects assigned by the Regulatory Affairs Manager

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or working towards a degree in natural science, preferably chemistry
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to research regulatory issues, including CFR interpretation
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
