Overview

We are currently seeking reliable and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Booking Agents in the travel industry. In this remote role, you will assist clients with planning and coordinating travel arrangements, including accommodations, transportation, and vacation packages.

• Assist clients with booking travel arrangements such as hotels, flights, cruises, and vacation packages
• Provide timely and professional customer support throughout the booking process
• Research travel options and present suitable recommendations based on client preferences
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and client communications
• Stay up to date with supplier offerings, policies, and travel updates
• Communicate with vendors to confirm reservations and resolve any issues
• Must be 18 years or older
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or smartphone
