Senior Finance Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to build and lead our financial planning, performance management, and decision support capabilities. This is a high-impact, hands-on role focused on translating operational performance into actionable financial insights.

In Short

• Own the annual budgeting process across departments
• Build and maintain driver-based financial models
• Lead rolling forecasts and scenario planning
• Translate operational drivers into financial projections
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through financial systems and tools
• Partner with Operations and RCM leadership to monitor performance
• Develop department-level scorecards to track progress
• Design and implement a dashboard suite across key areas
• Own the monthly financial reporting package
• Support strategic initiatives including growth and cost optimization

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in Finance, with strong FP&A focus
• Healthcare experience required, preferably in multi-site environments
• Advanced financial modeling (Excel proficiency required)
• Experience building budgets and forecasts
• Strong understanding of operational drivers in healthcare
• Experience with financial systems and reporting tools
• Experience designing KPI reporting and dashboards
• Experience preparing executive-level materials
• Ability to improve processes through automation
• Hands-on and self-directed; strong business partner
