Overview

HealthHero is seeking accredited Counsellors to join their Affiliate Network, offering flexibility in client scheduling and the opportunity to provide mental health services.

In Short

• Join a network of freelance Clinicians at HealthHero.
• Provide in-person and remote counselling services.
• Must be a fully accredited Counsellor with a recognized diploma.
• Minimum of 450 post-qualification supervised client hours required.
• Experience in Solution Focused Brief Therapy is essential.
• IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Systems, are necessary.
• Experience in managing own caseload is preferred.
• Opportunity to become a Critical Incident Responder if CISM trained.
• Flexible scheduling to see clients at convenient times.
• Fees to be agreed upon at recruitment stage.

Requirements

• Fully Accredited Counsellor.
• Recognized Diploma qualification in Counselling.
• Minimum 450 hours post-qualification, supervised client hours.
• Experience in Solution Focused Brief Therapy.
• Experience in a similar role managing own caseload.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Systems and electronic clinical record systems.
• Diverse clinical experience.
• Experience in both remote and face-to-face clinical delivery.
• CISM training for Critical Incident Responders.
