We are seeking an experienced and dedicated leader as a Tax Consultant (m/f/d) for a tax consulting firm, who will strengthen the team.

In this position, you will be responsible for providing profitable advice and comprehensive support to clients. You will not only bring your professional expertise but also enjoy advising clients on a long-term and comprehensive basis.

You will lead and develop your team, take on strategic tasks, and contribute significantly to the success of the firm.

In Short

Comprehensive advice and support for clients in all tax matters, both for companies and individuals
Preparation of annual financial statements, tax returns, and tax balance sheets in accordance with relevant tax regulations
Tax structure consulting to optimize company processes and structures
Analysis and optimization of tax returns to identify tax potentials and minimize tax risks
Support during audits and legal assistance in tax disputes
Development of customized tax solutions, especially in international tax matters
Advising and supporting business start-ups, sales, and other transaction-related projects
Ongoing strategic tax advice for tax planning and optimization for companies and individuals

Requirements

Completed studies in economics, tax law, or comparable qualifications
Successfully passed the tax consultant examination
In-depth knowledge of German tax law
Experience with common tax consulting software
High consulting competence, teamwork skills, and a strong sense of responsibility
Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
