Overview

The Beck Group is seeking an experienced Preconstruction & Project Planning Manager to lead project teams in the preconstruction process for projects up to $50M, ensuring excellence in design and construction.

• Lead preconstruction teams on projects up to $50M.
• Direct and supervise Preconstruction Engineers.
• Develop numeric cost models and project forecasts.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Preconstruction or related field.
• Experience with 3D modeling and BIM technologies.
• Relevant degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of construction cost estimating systems.
• Ability to create and manage project schedules.
• Experience in design/build processes is a plus.
• Proficient in using estimating software like DESTINI Estimator.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
