We are looking for motivated Property Managers / Real Estate Administrators who are eager to take on responsibility and work directly with owners and tenants.

In Short

• Independent management of multi-family houses in private ownership and under WEG administration.
• Responsible for communication with owners, tenants, advisory boards, and external service providers.
• Coordination and implementation of maintenance and renovation measures.
• Preparation of operating cost statements and maintenance of relevant property data in our modern management software.
• Reliable coordination within the team and with external partners in a highly digitized structure.

Requirements

• Completed training in the real estate sector (e.g., real estate management) or a comparable qualification (e.g., tax clerk).
• Initial experience in WEG or rental management is desirable.
• Proficient use of management software Immoware24.
• Structured and independent working style with a friendly demeanor.
• Enjoyment of communication with owners, tenants, and service providers.
