In Short

• Repair and maintain technical systems such as speed gates and access gates.
• Install and commission new devices.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Prepare for upcoming assignments and report to the team leader.
• Provide timely feedback after completing work orders.
• Issue customer service certificates independently.
• Organize vehicle inventory independently.

Requirements

• Ideally reside in the postal code area 29XXX to 33XXX or nearby.
• Completed training as an electronics technician/mechatronics technician or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in technical customer service is advantageous, but entry-level candidates are welcome.
• Strong service orientation, teamwork, and high commitment.
• Analytical thinking and a conscientious, careful, and independent work style.
• Good knowledge in software and hardware diagnostics.
• Willingness to travel nationwide with overnight stays.
• At least C1 level in German, basic knowledge of English required.
• Class B driving license.
